Matt previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer for the second largest media company in the United States. In this role, he managed $2 billion yearly in advertising sales as well as nearly $500 million in digital sales and was accountable for maintaining relationships with 50,000 clients nationwide.
Matt has led operations in numerous markets such as Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville, Cleveland, Kansas City, and Charleston-Huntington.

Ellen is a born and raised West Virginian. She was raised in Huntington, WV, and attended
Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She graduated with a major in marketing and a minor in economics. Upon graduation, she became an Account Executive for the NBC affiliate in
Charleston, WV. Hard work, learning, and caring about each client’s goals were
Ellen is a born and raised West Virginian. She was raised in Huntington, WV, and attended

Charleston, WV. Hard work, learning, and caring about each client’s goals were the keys to her
success. Truly caring about her clients and their goals is how she became and maintained top
producer all her working years.
Ellen paused from being gainfully employed to start a family, but she never stopped marketing. As a young mother, Ellen discovered the silent epidemic of diaper need. Ellen founded and ran a diaper bank, Diaper Drop Charities, that helped families in need throughout the Kanawha
Valley and Southern West Virginia.
Ellen joined The Delnero Group in 2025 as Chief Brand Officer. She has 20 plus years of
experience in helping businesses design, develop, and implement comprehensive marketing
strategies.
Ellen has served on multiple boards in Charleston. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for The Clay Center of the Arts and serves on the Development Subcommittee. She is also an active volunteer at her children's elementary school.
Ellen has three busy children, ages 13, 11, and 9, in all sports and activities. She and her
husband, Sonny, love watching their kids play and learn. In her free time, she enjoys weightlifting, tennis, meeting a friend for coffee….and, taking an infrequent but well-earned nap.
